Our unique combination of rigorous recruiting, industry-driven training, curated job matches, and professional skills coaching prepares new employees to show up ready to contribute on day one. ActivateWork coordinates the front-loaded training and brings on hiring partners to do the OJL to complete the apprenticeship program.

AOT delivers paid technology apprenticeships and internships for underrepresented high-school and college students. Participants engage in hands-on software development projects, receive career coaching, and attend professional skills workshops to prepare for technology roles.

American Apprenticeships Work (AAW) is a national organization advancing careers through innovative apprenticeship programs in fields like project management and digital media. These programs combine on-the-job training, technical and business skill development, project work, and mentorship to equip participants with industry-recognized credentials.

AAW also prioritizes pre-apprenticeship programs—short-term training (1–3 months) that build job readiness, workplace safety, basic technical skills, and awareness of employee rights. These foundational programs help individuals, especially from underserved communities, prepare for registered apprenticeships and achieve long-term career and economic success.

Arapahoe/Douglas Works! serves as Colorado’s Apprenticeship Hub by offering no-cost guidance on program development, USDOL registration, and employer recruitment for registered apprenticeships. The workforce center provides post-registration support, including apprentice enrollment, retention strategies, and grant coordination.

Back on My Feet pairs individuals experiencing homelessness with paid transitional employment and soft-skills training. The program leverages running groups to build accountability, mentorship, and pathways to permanent work.

Boost Strategy Group helps cities and organizations build inclusive tech talent pipelines by aligning training with employer demand in fields like software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics. We specialize in workforce strategy, employer engagement, and creating equitable pathways that connect underserved communities to high-growth digital careers.

The Boulder Chamber of Commerce partners with employers and colleges to deliver Registered Adult Apprenticeships that blend paid work, structured instruction, and mentor support. Each program addresses regional workforce needs and culminates in an industry‑recognized credential.

Career CNX is a Denver-based leadership consulting firm that offers a proprietary SaaS platform and coaching services to help professionals align personal and professional goals, enhancing performance and career advancement. While Career CNX does not currently offer a registered apprenticeship program, it provides resources to support career development and job placement.

Through Apprenticeship Colorado, CWDC oversees statewide registered apprenticeships by offering technical assistance, tax credit guidance, and equity-focused best practices. The council connects employers, sponsors, and education providers to expand high-quality programs.

Correlation One’s digital apprenticeship programs train employees in data analytics, AI, and cybersecurity through grant‑backed curricula and related instruction. The programs help employers close skill gaps and increase retention.

The Center for Cybersecurity at County College of Morris (CCM) has been a local and national leader in Information Security education for over two decades. Designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Two-Year Education (CAE2Y), with faculty recognized nationally as expert educators, and has been leaders in setting the direction of our nation’s information security curriculum. The CCM Department of Information Technologies established the CCM Center for Cyber Security to further the mission of educating our future cyber security professionals, increasing awareness for students in other disciplines, and in preparing our greater community to be better cyber citizens. The CCM Center for Cybersecurity is currently developing a cybersecurity apprenticeship program.

CyberUp’s 12-month, paid apprenticeship program connects Security+-certified talent with employers for hands-on cybersecurity experience. Apprentices receive mentorship, ongoing training, and career coaching—building a direct pathway into full-time cybersecurity roles with high retention and success rates.

GoSprout is a cloud-based platform that streamlines the management of Registered Apprenticeship Programs by helping employers and educators track progress, ensure compliance, and communicate effectively. Founded by Carlos Vazquez—the same founder of Miami EdTech—GoSprout powers Miami EdTech’s apprenticeship initiatives, enabling scalable, efficient STEM apprenticeships that connect learners to career pathways.

The Chamber’s Talent, Workforce & Education initiative, including Talent Pipeline Management and ASPIRE Capital Region, equips municipalities and employers to implement registered apprenticeship pathways. It provides tools, templates, and community collaboratives to streamline program development and employer engagement.
