LAC provides employers turnkey, grant-funded solutions that blend hands-on training and classroom instruction. Programs are nationally registered, promoting diversity and helping apprentices gain high-wage, high-skill jobs while improving workforce retention and pipeline for employers.

MUHSD’s Career Technical Education department collaborates with local employers to embed work-based learning into high-school pathways. Students participate in paid internships, industry-aligned coursework, and support services to prepare for in-demand careers.

They deliver comprehensive IT solutions—everything from managed services and cybersecurity to compliance, cloud consulting, and VoIP—tailored for small and mid-sized businesses across Western Massachusetts and North‑Central Connecticut
They recently participated in an Employer Lab program to explore Registered Apprenticeship opportunities, and they’re actively moving forward to establish a formal apprenticeship pathway. The goal is to build a robust talent pipeline by blending hands-on, on-the-job training with classroom instruction—aligning with best practices in workforce development .

NextGen Policy offers policy fellowships and workforce development programs that immerse participants in project-based policy work, stakeholder engagement, and professional coaching to cultivate the next generation of policy leaders.

The Nez Perce Tribe in Lapwai, Idaho, offers a forward-thinking and impactful Registered Apprenticeship Program through its Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). This initiative is designed to empower tribal youth and community members with hands-on training and certifications that lead to sustainable careers.

North Idaho College’s Workforce Training Center runs USDOL-approved apprenticeships in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades. The programs pair employer-based training with 144 hours of annual classroom instruction to meet industry certification requirements.

Oakland Community College sponsors registered apprenticeships across advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and IT. Apprentices combine paid on-the-job training with faculty-led related instruction while the college handles registration, curriculum, and credentialing support.
