Aerocet Inc., located in Priest River, Idaho, is a premier manufacturer of composite aircraft floats for seaplanes and amphibious aircraft. Apprenticeship program includes Industrial Manufacturing Technology. The training location is in North Idaho College.

Better Youth’s registered program serves system‑impacted youth with six months of paid media arts, animation, and gaming training paired with over 150 hours of classroom instruction. The AIM-N-Inspire initiative adds a year of mentorship, professional workshops, and showcase events to launch creative careers at no cost to participants.

The Boundary County School District #101, located in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, offers a Registered Apprenticeship Program focused on early childhood education. This program is part of Idaho’s broader effort to expand youth and educator apprenticeships across the state.

Code the Dream Tandem Apprenticeship
A 6–12 month, Department of Labor–registered tandem apprenticeship that connects vetted junior developers—graduated from CTD’s free Code School—with partner companies (like Cisco and SAS). Apprentices remain CTD employees while working full-time on real-world projects under joint mentorship from CTD senior devs and host-company teams. This plug-and-play model builds diverse tech pipelines and delivers immediate, production-ready results, with many apprentices hired full-time upon completion.

The Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) offers a robust Registered Apprenticeship Program aimed at helping incarcerated individuals gain valuable job skills and prepare for successful reentry into society. They have 10 occupations registered.

The Idaho State Board of Education offers a forward-thinking apprenticeship initiative called the Educator Registered Apprenticeship Program (ERAP). This program is designed to address teacher shortages by creating a pathway for individuals—especially paraprofessionals—to become certified educators while continuing to work in their local school districts.

Independent Electrical Contractors Florida East Coast (IEC-FECC) is a regional chapter of the national Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) association. Located in Florida, IEC-FECC represents merit shop electrical and systems contractors and promotes professional growth through apprenticeship training, continuing education, and workforce development programs. The chapter works closely with local contractors, educators, and industry leaders to support high standards in electrical work, advocate for the industry, and address workforce needs across the Florida East Coast region. Their apprenticeship program is registered and provides hands-on and classroom instruction that aligns with national electrical codes and safety standards.

IHS delivers customized healthcare apprenticeship solutions by pairing paid clinical rotations with structured classroom instruction, mentorship, and compliance guidance to build pipelines of skilled allied-health professionals.

The Kootenai Technical Education Campus (KTEC) in Rathdrum, Idaho offers high school students hands-on career and technical education, including apprenticeship pathways in partnership with industry and colleges. Programs are in welding, machinery installation, and hydraulics.

Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC) in Tampa, Florida sponsors Registered Apprenticeship Programs in IT, Telecommunications, and Renewable Energy. LAC provides employers turnkey, grant-funded solutions that blend hands-on training and classroom instruction. Programs are nationally registered, promoting diversity and helping apprentices gain high-wage, high-skill jobs while improving workforce retention and pipeline for employers.

The Nampa School District in Nampa, Idaho offers a Registered Apprenticeship Program focused on preparing students for careers in information technology through hands-on training and classroom instruction.

The Nez Perce Tribe in Lapwai, Idaho, offers a forward-thinking and impactful Registered Apprenticeship Program through its Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). This initiative is designed to empower tribal youth and community members with hands-on training and certifications that lead to sustainable careers.

Opportunity Knox administers USDOL-registered apprenticeships in construction and IT. The multi-year programs combine on-the-job training with related instruction and mentorship, culminating in nationally recognized credentials.
